High Horse

60 mL Wasabi infused vodka
30 mL Pineapple Juice
15 mL Lemon Juice
10 mL Lavender Syrup

Add add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
Shake & Strain over clean ice.

Glass: Wine
Garnish: Lavender Petals


To make vodka infusion, add 2 teaspoons of powdered wasabi to 1 bottle of vodka.
Shake hard & let sit for 1-3 days.
Ensure you give the bottle a good shake before each use.
