45 mL Blanco Tequila
15 mL St Germaine
30 mL Yuzu Juice
20 mL Chilli Syrup
Pinch Tahini

Add all Ing. To Boston; Shake and strain

To make Chili syrup:
1) Boil water
2) Add sugar at a minimum of 1-1 ratio (more sugar is better) and sliced red chilli (2 chilli’s per 500mL syrup)
3) Heat whilst stirring
4) Once all sugar has dissolved, allow to cool
