30 mL Gin infused with T2 Chocolate Chai
30 mL Campari
30 mL Sweet Vermouth (Rosso)
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
Stir & strain over a large block of ice.
Glass: Double Old Fashioned
Garnish: Orange Zest
To make the gin, infuse 4 teaspoons of Cocolate Chai Tea into one full bottle of gin.
Leave in a warm place for 1-3 days.
