15 mL Lemon
30 mL Agave Syrup
3 dashes tobasco
3 cucumber slices ripped
Dash Tajin
Ginger Beer

Muddle Cucumber. Add all ingredients except ginger beer to shaker with ice.
Shake & fine strain over fresh ice.
Top with Ginger Beer

Glass: Collins
Garnish: Tajin Rim

45 mL Orange & Chilli Flake infused Olmecca Altos Blanco
10 mL Licor 43
15 mL Lemon Juice
15 mL Orange Juice
Top w/ Ginger Beer

Add all ingredients except ginger beer with ice to shaker.
Shake & fine strain. Top with Ginger Beer. 

Glass: Flute
Garnish: Orange Zest on rim. Add some chilli flakes for extra heat.

15 mL Cartron Poire Williams
15 mL Lemon Juice
15 mL Pink Grapfruit Juice
10 mL Vanilla Syrup
Egg White

Add all ingredients and ice to shaker.
Shake & fine strain.

Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Dehydrated Grapefruit

60 mL Gin
60 mL Pineapple Juice
30 mL Lemon Juice
10 mL Elderflower Syrup
Handful of Blueberries (10-15)
 
Muddle blueberries then add rest of ingredients and ice to shaker.
Shake & Strain over ice.
 
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Blueberries

High Horse

60 mL Wasabi infused vodka
30 mL Pineapple Juice
15 mL Lemon Juice
10 mL Lavender Syrup

Add add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
Shake & Strain over clean ice.

Glass: Wine
Garnish: Lavender Petals

 

To make vodka infusion, add 2 teaspoons of powdered wasabi to 1 bottle of vodka.
Shake hard & let sit for 1-3 days.
Ensure you give the bottle a good shake before each use.

30 mL Watermelon Sorbet infused vodka
20 mL Solerno
10 mL Pampelle
30 mL Apple Juice
15 mL Lemon Juice
Egg White

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
Shake & fine strain.

Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Spray of bitters (Angostura)

 

To make infused vodka; add 4 teaspoons of T2 Watermelon Sorbet to a full bottle of vodka.
Leave to infuse for 1-3 days in a warm place.

3 dash Plum Bitters

Add ingredients to mixing glass over ice. Stir & strain over ice sphere.

Glass: Double Old Fashioned
Garnish: Dehydrated Grapefruit

2x dash Rhubarb Bitters
