our menu is designed to allow australia’s quality ingredients
speak for themselves. our head chef, peter streckfuss grew up on
a farm, so understands the importance of fresh seasonal produce.
we know not much can top that bondi beach view, but we think
you’ll find the simplistic beauty of our menu certainly
compliments it. oysters are shucked to order, pasta is rolled
fresh and we fillet our own fish.
